Reformer/Tower II

This class is designed for those clients who are able to safely and efficiently complete the intermediate Reformer repertoire including transitions, rhythmic breathing and equipment adjustment.


Restorative Reformer/Tower Intro/I

This class is designed for clients who may be experiencing intermittent back and/or neck pain, or may have limiting factors which prevent them from participating in the traditional pilates repertoire and/or transitioning from physical therapy into a class setting. Instructors will always be a certified Physical Therapist/Pilates Instructor to ensure appropriate modifications & guidance for safe training. Participants will be guided through exercises to improve stability, flexibility, balance, endurance & neuromuscular control.

This class is designed to include repetition of the fundamental principles in a slightly faster paced workout which assumes basic understanding of the Pilates mat repertoire.


9:45-10:45 FREE Mat Technique

This class is designed to include repetition of the fundamental principles in a slightly faster paced workout which assumes basic understanding of the Pilates mat repertoire.

Mat I/II

This class is designed to teach and review the fundamental principles of Pilates Mat work including breath, elongation, alignment, segmental movement, and appropriate core control and coordination. Our Mat I class is taught by certified Pilates instructors, some of whom are also licensed Physical Therapists, so that they can assist you in appropriately making modifications for minor joint pain.


Reformer/Tower III

This class is a dynamic continuous workout including all intermediate Reformer repertoires. We will explore advanced exercise and improve clients' stability and neuromuscular control. Must be training at least 2 times per week and have instructor recommendation.


Reformer/Tower I/II

This class is designed to move along at a quicker pace and assumes the client is familiar with the basic Pilates Reformer repertoire and able to make some indiviual modifications to optimize their movement environment. We will improve transitions, breathing and endurance in this challenging and moderately paced class.


Mat III

This class is designed for clients who have established a level of mobility and stability to safely complete inermediate exercises at a continuous pace. We will build on this repertoire and provide transition to allow continuous movement for a challenging and brisk paced one hour class. Must be training at least 2 times per week and have instructor recommendation.

Sunday 9am -10am Reformer/Tower II

This class is designed for those clients who are able to safely and efficiently complete the intermediate Reformer repertoire including transitions, rhythmic breathing and equipment adjustment.


Mat II+

This class is a dynamic continuous paced workout including the full repertoire of intermediate exercises. The ability to incorporate the Pilates principles and to self-modify is necessary to avoid injury and frustration.


FREE Mat Introduction

This class is designed to include repetition of the fundamental principles in a slightly faster paced workout which assumes basic understanding of the Pilates mat repertoire.


Combined Circuit Class

30 minutes intense mat work + 30 minutes flexibility & mobility work on all the Pilates equipment.

6-week series. No drop-ins allowed.
