Pablo Gonzaga LMT, MLD-C

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

  • Myofascial Release (Barnes)

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certified (ACOLS)

  • Fascial Distortion Model

Pablo left the corporate world as a project manager and instructional designer to follow his passion and purpose as a massage therapist. After a significant motorcycle accident, receiving intentional physical therapy from Amy provided a path toward healing and a return to normal physical activities he didn’t believe possible until then. As a lifelong learner, he is driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to help others receive the relief that proper tissue mobilization and fascial release can bring.

Pablo received his massage education at Myotherapy College of Massage where he focused on clinical and sports massage techniques; since then he has studied Myofascial Release through John Barnes and Manual Lymphatic Drainage with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Prior to “massage life” Pablo studied Microbiology at Weber State University, where his obsession with anatomy and physiology began. For the past year, Pablo has been providing injury and recovery focused bodywork to veterans through a partnership with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.

When Pablo removes his “bodyworker’s hat” he can be found hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, camping, and gardening with his wife and two dogs. He loves art in all its forms and enjoys the music scene in SLC, playing guitar, and writing poetry.
